Night Manager

Q Station Retreat is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and experienced applicant to join our award winning Front Office team as our Night Manager.

As the Night Auditor you will be responsible for:

*General night audit procedures
*Guest Services
*Check in/out
*Enquiries and resolving any difficulties

To be successful in this role you will:

*Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibility
*High standards in customer service
*Have a desire to achieve results
*Previous experience within a front office environment
*Possess an eye for detail and excellent problem solving skills

Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a pro-active team player to become our new Assistant Accountant.  This role is an exciting combination of Accounts Receivable and Payroll.  You will be part of a professional, friendly and supportive finance team and will report to our Financial Controller.
To successfully join our Q Station Finance Team, you will need to have experience in the following:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • BAS
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven record of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple task and meeting deadlines
  • Sensitivity, understanding and experience working with confidential material
  • Willingness to learn and adopt to change and improve where required

volunteers

We welcome the involvement of volunteers to assist us with the conservation, adaptation the operation of the site.

At present we have volunteers involved with:

- Historic research
- Simple conservation works
- Site maintenance
- Visitor research and visitor management
- Special event management

Opportunities change continuously with the work program and preference is given to people making a long term commitment over a one off experience.

If you would like to make such a commitment, we would really like to hear from you. We suggest you first take a day tour of the site, to learn more about it and the Project. We suggest you then write to us at info@qstation.com.au and briefly let us know about the kind of skills and experience you could bring to the Project and would like to develop from working with us.
