Spaced out every two months, this series showcases unique themes that highlights different aspects of Q Station’s rich history and stunning surroundings. Whether you’re a local, guest or day visitor, the Six Sundays at the Station promises a memorable day. Book in quick, spots are limited.

APRIL 27TH: WELLNESS WONDER
Immerse yourself in relaxation and serenity against the breathtaking backdrop of Q Station. This unique program offers a diverse range of rejuvenating activities designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit – from calming movement practices to restorative sound and nature-based healing. Whether you want to come for the day, a few hours or stay for the weekend – Wellness Wonder at Q invites you to unwind, recharge and relax.
6:30am – 5:00pm (1 Hour): Cedar & Salt Sauna
Recharge and relax in an authentic Finnish wood-fired sauna. Hosted by Cedar & Salt Saunas.
8:00am, 10:00am & 2:30pm: Power Living Yoga
Enjoy a memorable 60-minute Power Living Vinyasa heated yoga practice in the exclusive Glasshouse, with spectacular views overlooking Sydney Harbour. Hosted by Power Living Yoga
9:00am – 10:00am: Nature Detectives & Nature Play (Kids & Families)
Children love exploring and discovering new things. As nature detectives, they’ll search for bugs with magnifying glasses, brushes, and jars, learning fun bug facts while enjoying creative outdoor play. Every child has to be supervised by an adult. Not a drop-off session. Hosted by Healing Nature.
9:00am & 11:00am: Yoga Inspired High-Intensity Strength Training
Get ready to feel INCREDIBLE! Sculpt provides a full-body workout that not only enhances your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness (typical benefits of traditional yoga) but also tones muscles and increases cardiovascular endurance. We achieve this by incorporating weights and cardio into yoga flows, but don’t worry there is pumping music to keep you going! Sculpt is a combination of power yoga, pilates, cardio & strength training designed to create a full-body workout. You will leave feeling grounded, accomplished, strong and revived. 10:30am – 11:30am: Nature Art & Mindfulness in Nature (Kids & Families)
This is a wonderful chance for you and your child(ren) to connect with nature through creative and calming activities. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment where children can explore the outdoors, reduce screen time, and develop a lasting appreciation for the natural world along with valuable skills and experiences. 9:30am – 4:00pm: Digital Detox
This is your chance to unplug and unwind in a serene space free from screens and digital distractions.
10:00am – 11:00am: Quarantine Wander History Tour
Our Wharf Precinct showcases the heritage of migrants at the Quarantine Station, where for over 150 years residents began new lives in Australia after their arduous journeys.
9:15am – 11:30am: Kayak & Calm (Kayak & Beach Yoga)
Join us for a morning of movement, nature, and tranquility. Glide through the pristine waters of Sydney Harbour on a guided kayak journey, exploring secluded beaches and pausing for a calming meditation. Then step onto the sand at Q Station’s hidden beach for a grounding yoga session to connect deeply with the elements. Hosted by While Away & Flow mOcean.

Practice where the ocean meets the land, flowing with the rhythm of the waves and softness of the sand. This all-levels class blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Flow to challenge and restore in equal measure. Expect to get sandy, smile lots, and leave feeling lighter. 12:45pm – 1:45pm: Wellbeing: North Head’s Healing History Tour
Embark on a guided tour of North Head’s Quarantine Station to explore the resilience and renewal of the Car-rang gel people’s healing traditions, colonial history, and evolving wellbeing, while enjoying engaging activities along the way.
3:00pm & 5:00pm: Forest Bathing (Nature Therapy)
Feeling stressed or disconnected? Nature Therapy offers guided experiences to reconnect with nature and improve your well-being. This evidence-based practice helps reduce stress, enhance mood, and boost overall health while fostering a deeper connection to your environment and others. Hosted by Healing Nature.
4:30pm – 5:30pm: Sound Healing
Surrounded by the beauty of the national park, this immersive sound journey combines healing frequency music with therapeutic instruments. Hosted by Solfa Frequency.
JUNE 29TH: CURES & CURIOSITIES
Cures & Curiosities at Q Station promises an engaging exploration of both the medical and historical mysteries surrounding the iconic site. Attendees will have the chance to participate in a captivating cures scavenger hunt, where they can uncover fascinating facts and hidden stories about historical treatments and remedies. Additionally, a guided tour focused on disease and burial history will provide deeper insights into the health challenges faced by past inhabitants and the impact of epidemics on the community.
