Tickets will not be available to purchase on the day if tickets have been sold out. We recommend pre booking your tickets to avoid disappointment.
Free parking is available at the entrance to our site, however, is limited. We suggest carpooling, catching public transport or ride sharing.
The Glasshouse is wheelchair accessible, however, is on a hill.
This event is strictly NO BYO food or beverages. Food & beverages will be available to purchase on the day.
You are welcome to bring chairs, picnic rugs and umbrellas.
The event will be cancelled if it rains. Ticket holders will be contacted for further instructions.
Tickets can be refunded 48 hours prior to the event date. Please refer to your ticket email for instructions.
Hampers are only available via pre order. We recommend pre booking your hamper to avoid disappointment.

Terms & Conditions:
- This event is a ticketed event, and as such a valid ticket is required to enter The Glasshouse grass area.
- Entry tickets to the event don’t need to be purchased separately if hampers are pre-booked. A hamper for 2 comes with 2 entry tickets and a hamper for 4 people includes 4 entry tickets to the event.
- Ticket holders will receive a token for their complimentary beverage which can be redeemed at the bar.
- BYO alcohol and food is not permitted.
- Musicians are subject to change.
- Online entry ticket sales close by 12pm Friday prior to the event. Entry tickets are available to be purchased at the door, if not sold out prior.
- This is a dry weather event only, should rain affect the ability for this event to go ahead we will advise 24 hours prior, and your ticket will be refunded.
- Entry ticket and hamper cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the event.
