​Q Station is located within Sydney Harbour National Park Manly. For the safety of all our guests and native wildlife, vehicle access on site is restricted to Q Station vehicles only. For your wedding, complimentary shuttle bus services will be provided to transfer your guests to the desired location. The dedicated shuttles will be factored into your run sheet with the Wedding Coordinator. The shuttles can move 100 people in approximately 30 minutes (each shuttle holds up to 11 guests).

Your guests are very welcome to walk between the ceremony and reception locations if they would prefer. All Q Station guests have access to complimentary parking in the outdoor car park at the front office.

To assist your suppliers in accessing the venue for setting up and packing down, Q Station will escort them to their required location, having the supplier follow behind a Q Station shuttle bus in their own vehicle. The supplier will then unload and move their vehicle to a designated parking location.

Q Station offers a range of different packages, including sit-down, cocktail, micro and ceremony only packages. All packages include the set-up, pack down and staffing for the duration of your wedding or event.

The standard set-up for a seated wedding is round or trestle tables with the choice of white or black linen, white linen napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware, menus, table numbers and walnut Bentwood chairs.

​Each of our wedding packages include a Wedding Coordinator, which will be allocated to you once your wedding is confirmed. The Wedding Coordinator will assist you in the lead up to your wedding and will also be present on your wedding day up to ensure the smooth running of your event.

​​Guaranteed access is from 9am on your wedding day. Should you require access earlier, or the day prior, this can be organised with the Wedding Coordinator, however, is based on availability.

At the conclusion of your wedding, Q Station staff will collate all your items and leave them in your reception venue for collection the following morning, pending availability. Items such as your wishing well, cards, guest book and gifts are required to be collected the evening of your wedding.

Curfew for all indoor reception venues is 11pm.

Q Station offers two key indoor reception venues, with each holding different capacities. Kindly find below.

Governor Bourke Ballroom – up to 200 seated or 250 cocktail.

Manly Cove Room – up to 84 seated or 150 cocktail.

​Q Station is always open to working with your suppliers and décor needs. Deliveries such as wedding favours, place cards, menus, tables numbers and seating charts can be delivered 24-48 hours prior to your event, clearly labelled in boxes.

Q Station offers 105 accommodation rooms across 8 different room types, should you and your guests choose to stay onsite. When booking your wedding or event at Q, you will receive a promo code which provides a 10% discount off accommodation, for you and your guests to use.

We highly encourage your guests to book their accommodation directly with the Q Station reservations team to receive discount off the best available rate. Please note, accommodation rooms are subject to availability. Discounts are not offered if your wedding or event falls on the week/weekend of a public holiday. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

​Q Station is a fully licensed venue and does not allow BYO beverages or third-party catering (other than your wedding cake). If you have any special requests for beverages, they will be considered by request.

​Spirits and cocktails can be provided for your wedding on request. We offer on consumption (to be paid by the couple post wedding), pre-paid bar tab or guests are welcome to purchase their own. We also offer cocktail beverage packages that can be organised with your Wedding Coordinator.

​For any guests with dietary requirements, a substitute meal will be provided at no additional cost.

​Q Station has designated smoking locations onsite, and due to the nature of the property, we kindly request they are respected. Smoking is not permitted within accommodation rooms, inside event spaces or along any balconies.

​Vendors are welcome to be seated on one of your guests’ tables, however, Q Station will supply a space for your vendors. Vendors receive a main meal + soft drinks for $40pp.

To secure your wedding date and venue, a 25% initial deposit is required, along with the signed contract.

Final guest numbers are due 21 days prior to your wedding, with the final balance due 7 days prior to your wedding. Additional guests can be added up until the day prior to your wedding. Should any of your guests drop out prior to your wedding, unfortunately, refunds won’t be provided.

As Q Station is located within a National Park, noise restrictions must be adhered to, and sound will be monitored as required. Music for outdoor venues is required to conclude by sunset and music for indoor venues is required to be conclude by 11pm.
