- Not available on Christmas, New Years Eve or Australia Day
- Prepayment required at the time of booking

- No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 2 days prior to arrival unless on pre-paid, non-refundable packages. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged. If you have purchased a non-refundable rate, then the full amount will be charged. Please note, kids bedding is a sofa bed in the heritage suite
